University Map Slate Coasters

Our slate coasters measure approximately 10x10x0.5 cm* with foam pads to protect the surface beneath.

* As a natural stone product the shape, dimensions, thickness and finish will vary slightly, even between coasters of the same design.

Hand wash only with a mild soap or dish soap and air dry, not dishwasher safe.

Avoid acidic (vinegar, lemon etc.) or abrasive cleaners as these could discolour or permanently mark your coaster's design.

Some sharp edges may remain, handle with care. Fragile, do not drop. Not to be used as chopping board

All designs are made-to order, dispatch for standard designs is typically within 3 working days but can be longer during busy periods e.g. the run up to Christmas.

Dispatch for customised designs may be up to 5 working days, though we endeavour to dispatch within 3.

Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail and arrive within two days of posting in the UK, international orders will take longer. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us and we'll resolve things ASAP!

All our coasters are carefully designed and produced, and we hope you love them as much as we do!

If however something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to fix it.

Damaged on delivery:

Please contact us by email (hello@land-marked.com) within 48 hours of delivery stating your order number, a brief description and photographs of the damage and we'll get replacements underway.

Returns for refund:

Please note that personalised/customised orders are non-refundable.

If you have changed your mind, please contact us by email (hello@land-marked.com) within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be received in their original, unused state and packaged so as to prevent damage in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a service that will insure the cost of the item in the event of damage.
